If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we offer free returns within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of use.

Shipping back the return/exchange item will be the customer's responsibility, except for the defective item. If the parcel/goods are lost or damaged during the return, it will consider incomplete the return steps and we will deny the return request.

We always inspect the quality and dispatch our goods carefully. If some unfortunate quality issue happens, please take pictures and contact us.
